Paid nearly $13 for a piece of snapper that was very over cooked. Love my Fish and Chips but not a fan of throwing money down the toilet!

This is a really nice fish and chip shop, its very clean and has an array of beautiful fresh seafood on display. The food is really nice and they actually serve amazing coffee. The customer service was great although I assume it was the chef (he was possibly italian and had an accent) he came out and was really hostile and rude to the staff member who was serving me and it really put me off as I don't agree with that sort of behaviour in the workplace.

One of the things I miss most about moving away from Cannon Hill is our family's Friday night ritual of fish and chips at Sea Change, Cannon Hill. Located in a small shopping complex, parking off road and in front of the store is usually easy to find.

The quality of the fish is superb, as is the variety. My children, however, were always content with the same fare - one loved the battered cod, and the other spring rolls :) The shop is always very busy on a Friday evening, probably a race-memory from the days when Catholics could only eat fish on Fridays! Accordingly, there can sometimes be a delay in the final delivery of your order, but never much more than 15 mintues. It's certainly worth the wait for the quality of the food.

The store is spotless and well staffed. Alfresco dining is offered and so popular that it's unusual to be able to find a table. Taking it home to eat is therefore the best option, provided, of course, you can keep the cat away from the fish :)

Approximate cost: $10.00

Grilled Cod with lemon pepper, chips and a Caesar salad was what I had and it was the best meal I have ever eaten in my life. Lots of staff so you are not left waiting to be served - meals are quick to cook and the place is so clean. It also has a 4 star rating from the Brisbane City Council which is great considering some of the top restaurants in Brisbane only got 3 stars.

Approximate cost: $15

I eat there at least once a week/fortnight too...Always busy but they never take long. Honestly this would have to be the best fish and chips I have had in a long time - I refuse to go anywhere else now.

Sea Change is the best Fish and Chips Shop I have ever been to!

A lot of take away stores appear somewhat unclean, sea Change is so spotless it's amazing. We always order the Mini Catch, you get a bit of everything and it's such good value. Everything is cooked to perfection, tastes great and is always hot. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I know at some places, you can wait up to an hour, I haven't waited more then 15 minutes on a Friday night with a shop full of customers.

Definitely recommend to anyone. We used to travel half an hour just to eat there. :)

Had really lovely takeaway from here. It is not like a lot of the other takeaways that serve chips that taste stale. Their chips are always fresh and me and my hubby enjoy their freshly made burgers. It is always of good quality there and would highly recommend.

I love their fish and chips. I always get their burgers, they make them fresh with fresh ingredients. the make an awesome Caesar salad, they put boiled eggs in it it breaks up the crunch of the lettuce and onion.
