The chocolate desserts are amazing! For those who arnt complete chocolate fans, there is bound to be something for you also! Can sometimes be hard to get a table, but very worth it.
Approximate cost: $15
This is a Canberra classic which has recently relocated to the Glassworks. They make amazing burgers and have a great atmosphere! The only thing that lets them down is the wait for food, definitely dont go here if you are in a hurry.
Approximate cost: $10
Fantastic! These markets have everything from gourmet food products to arts and craft to art work. They are on every Sunday from 10am, I highly recommend to anyone new to town, and is a great place to take visitors.
This is a great service for students, bulk billing! However, I always find the reception staff abrupt and rude. It takes a bit of trial and error, but I've found a great doctor that I trust.
The food is fantastic! However, if wanting to eat in, always, always book ahead! This is a canberra classic, and as such is very busy.
The food is really good but the service isn't fantastic. This is one of many good options in the city.
This is a fantastic Italian place! The food is fantastic- and very diverse, and the service is great. Only negative is they dont have pizza on the menu (italian classic!)
After moving to canberra I had to do the dreaded search for a new hairdresser. After a few failures, I was very impressed with Off London! Great service and great quality!
Fantastic cocktails! They are a bit pricey, but all cocktails here are fantastic, and if you cant find one you like in the list- or dont want to read the novel that is the drinks list the staff are always happy to make something up. Great atmosphere as well!
If you like indian food, this is definitely one of the best in Canberra, and its very well priced as well. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired.
