I would not recommend this company! They are quick to take your money and fail on service!
I had my ducted heating system installed in March this year, only to find my unit is faulty after less than 3 months! When I called to get it fixed, I was told initially to fix it myself, then when I called a second time, I was told that they are booked up so cant get to my house for 6 days! In winter, this is completely unacceptable that they don’t prioritise faulty repairs. I have young children, and to go without heating for almost a week, is disgusting. I would recommend to Take your business elsewhere!
