Two weeks ago I had a Daikin Inverter reverse cycle installed on internal wall. A very Complex job. End result was WITHOUT FAULT. Staff were great.. “Lou” the installer should be commended for his work. He pleasantly worked tirelessly for hours.
I highly recommend this Company and their Staff.

I would not recommend this company! They are quick to take your money and fail on service!
I had my ducted heating system installed in March this year, only to find my unit is faulty after less than 3 months! When I called to get it fixed, I was told initially to fix it myself, then when I called a second time, I was told that they are booked up so cant get to my house for 6 days! In winter, this is completely unacceptable that they don’t prioritise faulty repairs. I have young children, and to go without heating for almost a week, is disgusting. I would recommend to Take your business elsewhere!

I decided to have a Breezair evaporative cooling unit installed in my property and had two companies out to quote. Ron from Rosanna Heating & Cooling did not try to sell me the most expensive unit and was extremely knowledgeable. The second company who came out quoted over $5k. I said I didn't want to spend anything near that however they didn't even offer a second option. I had already therefore made up my mind and chose Rosanna Heating & Cooling and couldn't be happier. They installed it a day earlier (02/01/13!) .. just as well as the temperatures were getting hotter! The installation was excellent and the unit which is installed is like a whisper .. you can't even hear it .. and most of all .. we have a cool home during these hot days. I can't recommend Rosanna Heating & Cooling highly enough.

We replaced a 35yr old heating system with an energy efficient and quiet Braemar system, newly installed in roof cavity and added new ducts to previously unheated areas of the house. The family run business is friendly, professional and competitively priced but best of all, they quoted on the spot, installed within a week, and left the site clean and tidy!
