I was in the Lidcombe store on Friday and Kristina served me. Kristina is a lovely, friendly lady. Kristina knows her business and is a delight to talk to. Kristina made me feel very welcome and we had a lovely chat while she was seeing to my needs. Kristina was interested in what I was making with what I purchased and even gave me an idea to incorporate into the lace coat hangers. Kristina is a pleasure to talk to. Kristina is a credit to your staff there in the Lidcombe Store. If you had more people like Kristina working in your stores they would be a pleasure to shop in.
