We went to your shop this arvo 25/02/2023.
There was a staff named Elysaa in the fabric department,, she’s young,, she was amazing.
She took her time to help us with our shopping coz we wanted to do afterpay.
She was very patient and looked after us and spend her time helping us
A big thank you to this particular girl even though we couldn’t go through with our Afterpay
She was kind.
There was a man too at the party section who was doing the balloons, he was nice and very helpful
I find the staff in your branch to be very nice and helpful and Kind and respectful

I really love the shop-an assortment of all your art and craft needs,home decor,materials and rugs...i need at least 3 hours to look around,

I was in the Lidcombe store on Friday and Kristina served me. Kristina is a lovely, friendly lady. Kristina knows her business and is a delight to talk to. Kristina made me feel very welcome and we had a lovely chat while she was seeing to my needs. Kristina was interested in what I was making with what I purchased and even gave me an idea to incorporate into the lace coat hangers. Kristina is a pleasure to talk to. Kristina is a credit to your staff there in the Lidcombe Store. If you had more people like Kristina working in your stores they would be a pleasure to shop in. Many thanks Kristina for bringing a smile to my day and your friendly chit chat.

Visit Spotlight quite alot, i really like their fabrics/materials and their party stuff. They also have kids costumes which is great.
My girls enjoy going to spotlight as theres so much to see and so colour around.

So much bedlinen/manchester and I have always bought my curtains from here, the quality is great, you can wash them and re wash them.

Service is not the greatest sales staff always seem to busy to help or assist.

I went to this store just before Christmas in their very busy period. It always amazes me that the busiest time shops like these do not have enough staff to deal with the demand. Spotlight sells lots of haberdashery, towels and bedlinen etc. I needed some lace and bits and pieces. The wait in the queue was about 20 minutes. Great store and good prices. You could spend a day in there just looking

Really love this spotlight as its enormous and has a wide range of fabrics etc. I'm passionate about textiles and always go to this spotlight to buy my fabric and facilities

This Spotlight has a huge range of fabric, decorations, and craft supplies. I always find what I need here.

Extra Large Spotlight Craft/Fabric/Sewing Supplies Store. They also stock a wide range of manchester, curtains, party supplies, and holiday decorations. I always get good service and have a VIP card that is free and sometimes has extra discounts. I always start here for holiday and party supplies!

i go here often to shop around, service is really bland, at times its hard to find sales assistants then when you do find them they are too busy to help or they have no idea what your looking for. I love the store its nicely organised, prices are reasonable, its local for me so its great, i do think they need to do more for their members when buying maybe a points program ?
