Booked to have my roots done and a trim/blow waive, was quoted $65 for roots plus another $65 for cut and blow waive. During the appointment I was advised toner is also required, no pricing is discussed however I thought it would be an additional $30ish as that's what I'd seen from their menu. Come to pay and it's suddenly my $130-150 hair appointment is now $260!!!
Apparently double the amount of product was required however not once was this discussed, and the toner was an additional $70!
When I tried to discuss with them my unhappiness that $130 was added without any consultation I was told tough luck, that was what was used.
It was far more than I could afford and put me in financial difficulty, if I had of been consulted I would have advised I couldn't afford it and just would have opted for something cheeper.
Ive been a regular client however now I'll never go back and will be taking this further.
I hate when hairdressers gouge clients using these shady practices.

Wanted to know when open times were for a property i really liked but i knew had a known issue and wanted reassurance that it had since been fixed. Real-estate avoided answering my questions and gave out my private details without permission to the owner who then contacted me and threatened me. Avoid this unprofessional agency
