Disdainful Customer Non Service
Having made a choice to support this business over time - I am deeply saddened by the unacceptable and appalling diatribe of rudeness I experienced when phoning about a voucher redemption issue. I was spoken over and spoken down to in a monologue that told me how her role was to shed light in the world and it was my problem if the Shopify platform didn’t allow vouchers to be reinstated because it is as a multimillion business. When I dared to speak and ask for assistance I was TOLD that the voucher system is a generosity. It is a telltale sign of demise when a company believes they are superior to their customers.
