Disdainful Customer Non Service
Having made a choice to support this business over time - I am deeply saddened by the unacceptable and appalling diatribe of rudeness I experienced when phoning about a voucher redemption issue. I was spoken over and spoken down to in a monologue that told me how her role was to shed light in the world and it was my problem if the Shopify platform didn’t allow vouchers to be reinstated because it is as a multimillion business. When I dared to speak and ask for assistance I was TOLD that the voucher system is a generosity. It is a telltale sign of demise when a company believes they are superior to their customers.

I would never recommend this business. The staff member was absolutely rude to me. I don't care if the product is good, customer service was terrible.

Absolutely love QueenB candles. Cate has been hand-making and hand-pouring her beautiful candles for several years now (and I've been buying them for almost that long), from nothing but pure Australian beeswax. The candles last for such a long time, so they are very cost effective, and the beautifully natural (and subtle) honey scent given off as they burn, is just gorgeous, There are many styles from tealights, to tapers to pillars. Something to suit your every need. Cate and Queen B candles are the best!
