We had a booking through travelonline which was confirmed and we paid our deposit straight away as we had to. Travelonline recently emailed us to advise that the hotel will be closed the week of our holiday and unable to accommodate us. We have already booked and paid for our flights so this has left us very inconvenienced. Not once have they even called us, only emailed which takes them at least 2 days to reply to us, then they have told us it will be 6 weeks for our refund of our deposit and now they have told us 12 weeks. This is not our fault and even though we had to pay our deposit straight away which they received straight away, we are punished for them cancelling our holiday and have to wait for our refund which we need to be able to book another hotel. Pretty bad service especially when people are struggling.

I would never ever recommend this salon for eyelash extensions. I had them done and they were rushed only took 30 mins in and out. I tried to ask [Redacted personal identifier] a question and was rushed out the door and told not to worry about it. Two days later my eyes were red and so sore I had to get them off. I wish I had taken photos but was more worried about my eyes. I spoke to them 3 days later when they reopened and asked for a refund but have been refused. Then a staff member [Redacted personal identifier] was put on the phone who tried to bully me and was very rude. However, they want me to take down my review. Not happening. Then [Redacted personal identifier] replied to the review to call them to discuss refund which I did but she still refused unless I went in. I told her I won't be going in as I won't be bullied face to face. This has made me very distressed and if I did take photos I would have taken this to fair trading, etc. please stay away from Sunshine Hair Salon! You get what you pay for!
