Have been here several times over the past 10 years or so. This seems, in my opinion, to be one of the last hotels with a good smorgasbord! I wish more hotels had buffets still! Most recently went here for a family birthday. I agree that the decor is dated but that doesn't bother me at all. The buffet is fantastic and is great for a family get-together.

I went to a birthday function here. The atmosphere was truly fantastic - down to all the decor and the aromas. The food was good - but not outstanding. However, it was very busy and very loud, which made it difficult to hear conversations and speeches. A good experience overall but could have been better.

Ate here with a group of friends as part of a birthday. Family size pizzas are huge - they say they feed 4 adults but for us it could have fed 6 or 8! The prices are fantastic - very reasonable. The quality is higher than expected and they are open late at night. Great for a group meal!

The pizzas at Scoozi are absolutely delicious. Have been here several times and each time I have left full and happy. My personal favourites are the Margherita and Meat Lovers pizzas. The service is friendly. The price is a little expensive in my opinion but the quality is high. I would definitely recommend Scoozi Cafe!

Every time I visit this Post Shop, the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. They are always happy to give assistance with shipping. They have a good range of postage materials, inks, stationery etc. Passport photos are also taken here. The cost of sending a fax is very high though - over $5 for the first page! The line can be extremely long at peak times - around Christmas it is quite literally 'out the door'. The shop is disability accessible and there is a disability permit park on the street outside. I highly recommend the service at the Blackwood Post Shop.

I have had car insurance with SGIC for years. However, I just got my latest renewal letter and my premium has increased 25% this year. Yes - 25%! I am furious. Nothing has changed with my car or circumstances - no accidents, no claims etc. They cannot give me a reason why it has increased 25%. My income sure hasn't increased 25%! They have now lost a customer as I will be changing insurers. Thanks SGIC!

I go here a few times a year as a little treat. I like the shakes. My favourite is probably the mega choc shake - very 'chocolatey'. The service is friendly and quick. They have improved the seating also. Good as an occasional treat!

The Podiatry Studio is located in a small group of offices opposite the Blackwood Clinic. There are two podiatrists - David and Andy. I have been treated by both podiatrists and both are very good. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. Unfortunately the cost is high in my opinion (particularly if you need to go regularly), but is consistent with other podiatrists.

The rooms are disability accessible. There is a disability permit park directly in front and a short ramp at the front door. There is plenty of other parking available as well. Overall, I would recommend the podiatrists at the Podiatry Studio.

I have moved 6 times with the team from Complete Removals. Each time the move has gone very well. The guys are all friendly, helpful and hardworking. I cannot believe how very strong they all are -while I was struggling to wheel a suitcase, one of the guys zoomed past me with half a modular lounge on his shoulder! I get exhausted just watching!

The cost is pretty high particularly for Saturdays. However, I have found it is worth it for the professional service and peace of mind. I highly recommend Complete Removals next time you're moving house.

I got the penne bolognese from here for take-away one night. The bolognese sauce was okay - nothing spectacular but reasonable. The service was friendly and polite and the meal was ready fairly quickly. The price was cheaper than what I've paid for pasta at restaurants. They have a good range of sauces and pasta varieties. Gluten free options are available at an extra cost.
