For the past four years I have been a tenant in a unit managed by Leicester Management Services. LMS is a small and professional property management service. I cannot comment on what it is like from a landlord perspective (costs etc). However, from a tenant's perspective, we are certainly pleased with the service provided. Our agent Ben is an extremely friendly and approachable guy who diligently inspects our unit and organises maintenance of the property. We are very happy with our unit and are grateful to be able to rent such a nice home. I would recommend their services.

One of the power sockets in our kitchen burnt out and very nearly caused a fire. We called Willie from Electrotek on the recommendation of a family member who had used his services for more than 15 years. Willie did an absolutely excellent job. His work was of the highest quality and he was extremely efficient and professional. The cost was very reasonable and comparable to other electricians. I would highly recommend Electrotek.

I have been seeing Dietitian Stephanie Gaskell for almost a year now after I developed a gastrointestinal disorder. I was advised by my Gastroenterologist that management of my diet would be key to my treatment but didn't know where to start. I began seeing Steph Gaskell from Nutrition Strategies. Steph is a fantastic Dietitian with a sound understanding of gastrointestinal disorders and dietary management. She is also warm, friendly, understanding and extremely supportive. Over our sessions, we have worked through trying various food to see what I could and couldn't eat and finding the best alternatives nutrition-wise. She has provided written information for me to follow -both information about my specific condition and general bits about FODMAPS (fructose, sucrose), gluten, lactose etc. Since I cannot eat most solid foods, Steph was instrumental in finding a suitable high-calorie, complete nutritional supplement drink - even getting me samples to try from the suppliers! For those interested, Gastrointestinal disorders is just one of Steph's fields of expertise - she also specialises in sports nutrition and other areas. I would highly recommend Stephanie Gaskell as a great Dietitian!

My family has been going to this clinic for more than 30 years. It is an absolutely fantastic clinic. My doctor is amazing. The administrative staff are wonderful people who now us by name, know our whole family and are always friendly to chat with. The one downside is that because it is so popular the wait for an appointment can be long. However, if it is an urgent problem, the doctors will often squeeze you in. My family is bulk-billed. The doctors at this clinic have been a life-saver for my family - I strongly hope my doctor doesn't retire any time soon! I highly recommend this clinic and congratulate the staff on all their excellent work and years of invaluable service!

Mick Murphy fixed the plumbing at our house regularly for more than 15 years. Living in the hills in an old house with old pipes, tree roots would block the plumbing about once every three months and result in constant toilet blockages. Mick came to our house quickly each time and did an excellent, efficient, friendly, and very professional job every time. Fantastic bloke! I highly recommend his service.

We had a gas leak in our kitchen recently. We looked in our Blackwood Directory for a local gas fitter and contacted Sims Group of Companies. A man named Charlie took my call and was also the one to attend my property. Due to a delay at previous property, he was unfortunately two hours later than expected. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent, friendly and thorough service we received. I was very nervous - being a gas leak I was terrified of the risks to my family. Charlie allayed my fears with his thorough investigations and high quality work. He walked me through the entire process and explained everything in detail. The gas leak was fixed within about an hour and afterwards he did another test to confirm that no other leak existed on our property. He also sent a written report and certificate of compliance. The cost was reasonable and comparable to other plumbers. I would recommend this company.
