I haven't bought much from this company but when I have I've been happy with the items and service. I haven't needed to return/exchange so can't comment on that. They have a good baby/children's range as well as lingerie.
I have purchased a variety of items from this company over the years and have been pretty satisfied with them. Some of their products are available for less through other online/mail order businesses however. Recently I have bought a selection of the Victoria Hill clothing range and it is good quality and fit. I will continue to buy it.
I have only bought clothing from this online store. The clothing is very expensive, I bought from their clearance/sale range. Delivery was prompt. The items were quite good quality at the prices I paid, but not if I had paid full price.

I use the online clearance store, and get incredible value - why would anyone buy at the retail price from their stores? When they have the 4-day specials I sometimes miss out though because by the time my order is processed they have sold out. They have recently increased their postage but it's still less than most other online stores.
I have purchased quite a few products from this company and really like them. The best way to buy is their specials and packages. They also have free trial sizes - you just pay for the postage. Subscribe to their emails to get notified of all the specials and new products.
I order most of my clothing from this company because I can't go shopping myself and it seems to be the only online clothing shop with moderate prices. I wouldn't purchase clothing without trying on if I didn't have to, and had to experiment quite a bit with sizes to begin with, necessitating a lot of returns and postage costs. I still have to return quite a few items because of varying fit and quality and colours not being what I expected. Usually the refund has come through in a reasonable time, but on one occasion I'm sure they waited until the last day before an investigation into a "lost" return before it magically turned up.
This is a rating for the Melbourne service. It wasn't as good as Coles in the beginning, but it is pretty similar now. The prices are slightly higher than in the supermarkets, and there is a smaller range available, but it's worth it for the convenience. You can get the same specials as in the supermarket.
I use this online service from time to time, and have found it very satisfactory, apart from the fact that there is a limited range compared to the supermarkets, and the prices are slightly higher. However for the convenience it's worth it. The weekly specials are the same as the supermarkets.
Difficult to rate this because some of their products are good, but some are the pits - cheap, shoddy rubbish that should not be for sale. Their customer service is appalling too. The licenced items are fine, I guess they have to be a certain standard. I ordered Christmas presents in October last year, which did not arrive until mid-December. One item wasn't there, marked as "on back order" on the invoice, but no explanation. I rang to enquire, to be told very offhandedly that the item wouldn't be arriving until mid-January. One of the items I received, a so-called child's touch lamp, was actually a push-lamp (you had to push on the top), and fell apart every time it was pushed - useless especially for a child. I demanded (and did get) my money back. I will be prepared to order licenced products from this store if I can't get them elsewhere, but nothing else.
This rating is for the online store. I had ordered from their website a number of times without problems, but when there was a problem it was a monumental stuff-up, enough to delete this company from my Favourites. I won't be game to order from them in case it happens again. A pity because I like the clothing. Obviously buying in person from the Maribyrnong store wouldn't have this problem.
