I am doing this because I want other people encourage write. If your story is real and truly written you find is easy to start. So this is about my Email conversation with rivers.com. You know Rivers. They advertise a hundred times a day on Tv. So now the story and I quote:

your women's clothing tables says 75cm in waist what you sand to me is 98cm in waist how are you going to help me?

PAM: Thanks George. Are you measuring the waist when it is fully stretched, or without stretching?
GEORGE: Dear Pam Lee, without stretching 94cm fully stretched 120cm
PAM: George, I have measured the ones that we have here and they measure the same, has these been tried on. The charts on the web are only a guide
GEORGE (God help them . . . all sizes 12 are actually size 18): What do you mean only a guide? a guide where? Pam darling please concentrate . . . my wife measures in waist 75cm she cannot wear 94cm shorts
PAM: George, We will send you self addressed post pack for you to send these back for a refund, please enclose the receipt. This will be in the post tomorrow.

All this hustle was about just $8. But I think that any contact with custumer has to have some professional level. We are not just complete idiots. We have also a brain. George

I love rivers, I've said it before.. I'll say it again.
I love how the clothes last.. high quality stuff!

Great value for money especially their shoes! The shoes can be a great bargain if you go their during their promo. Currently they also have Frequent Shopper points that you can exchange with a voucher once you reach about 2000 points.

I use the online clearance store, and get incredible value - why would anyone buy at the retail price from their stores? When they have the 4-day specials I sometimes miss out though because by the time my order is processed they have sold out. They have recently increased their postage but it's still less than most other online stores.

I occasionaly visit the rivers outlet in Sebastopol. It can be a hunt to find something nice as most of the clothes lack inspiration. It can be good if you want a plain t-shirt etc;. I have found that most of Rivers cheap stock is reflected in the low quality of the item. Wish rivers would rethink their marketing strategy, I can't stand their catalogs!

I go to rivers in ballarat central city.
They have many good stuff and they are very cheap compared with their quality.
I always buy the shoes for me and for family in here.

When you grab the bargains you can walk out with good quality goods at very cheap prices. But it is often hard to find the right sized/colored products. Often stocks are the wrong size or wrong style.

Rivers online is fantastic value for money. Excellent customer service and some real bargains!! Great to be able to browse and order from your own home. Great quality products and cheap postage!

I had an experience here one weekend which was less than impressive. Being a clearance center there are lots of bargains to be found. Unfortunately the hunting for bargains is not such an enjoyable task with clothes for all different prices and sizes all in the same spot! On this occasion when a bargain was found, tried on and then followed through for purchase, we were informed at the counter that it had been incorrectly priced in store and was actually more than the tag suggested. This really gets my goat as a customer. The store was staffed with two young boys who obviously had no authority to resolve the issue in a way that was satisfying to us. As far as i'm concerned, if staff make a labelling error then the store should stick to it and wear the cost. We had spent a decent time finding the right item of clothing at the right price and in light of the added cost we left it behind.

This Sebastopol store is attached to their factory and is a clearance outlet. Their product is good but the best part is the prices. They have an excellent broad range of mens, womens & children's clothes & shoes. Most of the product is probably end-of-season and stock returns but the prices are what make it appealing. Quite cheap. You need to be prepared to search for what you want as there is always a large range of stock & it can be stacked heavily on the racks. I bought a great winter jacket there last summer for only $19.00. Excellent value. Staff are also courteous & helpful.
