Very friendly staff, in this family run business. I ordered so many parcels at one stage, they called me by name when I walk in the shop. Always happy to help you select the cheapest postage for your needs.Not sure how long they have been running it but they were there when we moved into the area in 2006.
Being open from 9 to 12 on a Saturday, is very convenient.

Have shopped here for a few years now. Love the great prices and the fact that they carry a lot of the women's shoes up to a size 11. A big bonus when most other stores stop at size 10. I conveniently shop and pay online, then pick the shoes up in store. Very happy with the service and the ease of returning if necessary.

Came here yesterday for a 60th Birthday Sunday Lunch. Beautiful day weather wise, so the shaded beer garden was quite packed. Even the inside dining area was full. I had chosen the schnitzel, which unfortunately was barely warm when I got it, with the chips being the same. Disappointing. However, the other 14 people at the table were all happy with the size and quality of their meals, so maybe I was just unlucky. Prices do seem to be a bit more expensive than other hotels but guess that's due to the area. On a sunny day, the outdoor area is definitely the place to be. Most hotels don't have beer gardens anymore so it's lovely to find one as nice as this one is. Would definitely go back.

My GP is located here and the clinic is very convenient to where I live. I have been coming here for well over 25 years and I have always found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. A busy place but generally looks clean. It is basically a one stop medical shop, as it also has a Dentist, Podiatrist, Physio and a Clinpath Pathology area for blood tests etc. Reasonable parking area with some spots on the street as well.

Let me start by saying - I do not like going to the dentist! However, when the pain sets in, there is no choice. I have been going to Dr Gill over the past 11 years and find him quite friendly and happy to explain what is going on and give you the chance to make your own choice about treatment options. Dentists are never cheap but I find his prices ok, especially compared to a few of my friends dentists. He also makes himself available for emergencies by providing his mobile phone. Feel comfortable there - well, as comfortable as you can be at a dentist :)

Hadn't been to this Hotel for over 20 years. We picked footy Grand Final night to test it out and it was extremely quiet. Only 5 other tables there. Was greeted at the door on arrival and told that we could choose any table we wanted. However, she didn't give us any menu's so had to retrieve them ourselves. We chose the beef schnitzel and the salt and pepper squid. Both were very tasty, however the chips weren't very hot and looked like they had been refried a couple of times. Ordered the brownie dessert and it came in a large plastic parfait glass, mulched up and mixed with ice cream and chocolate topping. Would have been much better served whole on a plate, with the ice cream on the side. Didn't taste very nice at all. It's a nicely set out hotel and we really liked the decor. Plenty of car parking space and a covered area outside. Would probably come back - just wouldn't order the brownie desert, lol.

Had lunch here with a friend today. My first visit and I was very happy with my meal. Great lunchtime special - $14, which gives you access to a selection of main meals as well the salad/hot veg bar. No excuse to walk away hungry.
Good atmosphere and friendly waitress and bar staff.
Would definitely be willing to return.

Sent an email to 4 different Picture Framers in my local area and only received a reply from this one, so decided to check them out. It is a family owned and run business, which made me feel even better.Took a photo print to be block mounted and laminated. The lady serving me was very polite and friendly. Stated it was a busy time but would happily stay back later, in order to complete it. Wasn't that urgent but the offer was lovely. Price was reasonable at $77. Very happy with the service so far. Will update once the block mounting is completed.

UPDATE: Due to the glossy finish of my photo, they rang and told me that laminating might be difficult. Appreciated the call and decided to change to a frame. Cost a bit more ($120) but was very pleased with the result. Be aware - if you want a photo block mounted and laminated, always choose a matt finish :)

Was after a particular brand of Canadian Scotch but couldn't seem to find it locally. This business does postal deliveries as well as having a 'click and collect' warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. Very prompt with shipping and great communication, keeping me up to date on the location of my items as they were being sent. Reasonable prices too. Would definitely order from them again.

Back in mid-July this year, I thought my desktop computer was infected with a virus, so called this company up and a friendly tech by the name of Gary came out the next day. (There is also an option of same day service and does cost extra of course but would be very handy for emergencies).
My computer problem turned out to be the touch screen, which he worked out very quickly and switched it off. As the minimum cost is for an hours work, if there is time left over you can get them to do other computer things, which was great. I had been having intermittent hassles with my internet connection and Gary fixed it very quickly and I haven't had a problem since. Hopefully, I won't need any more repairs but if I do, I would definitely call Geeks 2 U again.
