This is a multi-storey apartment Hotel, having 9 floors. Each room is self-contained and has a coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, dryer and fridge. It is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was reasonable.
Very conveniently located only a 5-minute walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre, where you can get a reasonable breakfast at the
Bad points – No exhaust fan in shower, so clothes get damp. There is only a small coffee table with 1 chair, so if you want to cook/eat in the room, it’s a bit awkward.
Things we learned – There is no hotel car park but there is a public car park directly across the road. This costs $10.40 per day (Mon to Fri, between 8.30am and 5.30pm). It is free after 5.30pm and all weekend and Public Holidays. The best rooms to ask for, are on the upper floors (we were on level 8) and ask to be overlooking the street … unless you don’t mind looking at a wall. We had a view of the hills, which was nice.
Would definitely stay here again – 9/10.

Bought my Mum a Voucher for “Hi Tea” as a Mother’s Day gift. Located on Unley Road, parking is a bit of a hassle but we did find an off-street parking area across the road which was free, so turned out well.
We were presented with a Mocktail on arrival and then shown to our table which was set up with a silver placemat, cup and saucer and candle. The whole shop is themed in pink with Audrey Hepburn memorabilia. A 3-tier plate was delivered to our table that included the following – a hot cheese soufflé topped with Smoked Salmon, 4 thin crustless sandwiches, 2 scones each with Jam and Cream, 2 mini banana caramel tarts and a large cupcake each. Nicely presented. The waitress offered us tea and coffee, which she poured into our cups.
It was a nice experience and for $20 each with the voucher, not bad value.
However, the regular price for 1 person is $40 according to their website. However, it mentions that chocolates, slices and sweets are part of the menu. We didn’t get any of them, so maybe that’s why the regular price is more expensive. Still, for what we had, we were quite satisfied and felt very full.
A nice experience for sure but I wouldn’t pay full price to do it again – 8.5/10

A lovely little caravan park. Well kept and tidy.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin, that came with 2 bunk beds. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure excellent. Clean laundry facilities, clothesline, community BBQ area, along with a camp kitchen and TV room. Nicely presented. Right next door to an Aldi shop and also across the road from a 10-pin bowling alley.
Shops and eateries located in town, which is less than a 10-minute drive away. The owners were very friendly too. Lots of bird life and rabbits just add to the character. Would be very happy to go back 8.5/10.

Neat and clean room, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower.
Added bonus of a community Kitchen, where you could get fresh milk and cook meals if you wanted to.
The day receptionist was very friendly and gave us suggestions for where to eat.
Less than a 10-minute drive into town, with access to all shops.
Located right next to the Highway but was surprisingly quiet.
The only negative, was that there was no WIFI available. Reported it to the evening male receptionist at the desk and he said he would reboot the router and for us to try again in 10 minutes. We tried several times over the next hour but nothing. Realise that ISP problems aren’t their fault but would have been nice if he bothered to check on us, to see if the reboot had worked.
Other than that, all good – 8/10

Came here over 2 nights, to attend a private function.
Facilities are pretty good. Bar staff were quick to serve, despite the large numbers of patrons.
However, the food in the main public dining room was only fair. Had to queue to order. I had the garlic prawns which weren’t very hot and not very plentiful. At $31 I expected better. Disappointed.

While holidaying in Griffith's, we tried to check this place out. Went in for a drink at 5.30 then by the time 6.30 arrived, the large dining room was full and there were at least 100 people queuing to be served. Decided against waiting and went elsewhere. Would recommend early ordering if you don't want to wait a long time. Granted, it was a Saturday night so is probably less busy at other times. Just be warned.

Newly renovated motel in the main street of Hay.
Modern facilities and clean rooms.
Conveniently located across the road from the IGA Supermarket and is a short walk to the local hotel, for a drink or a meal. Good stopover point when travelling from Adelaide to the ACT.We have already booked for our trip in May :)

This was our 3rd visit here using a Groupon Voucher.
They now have an upgraded menu with new items on it, including home made lasagne with chips.

We chose the Turkey Baguette and the Toasted Chicken BLT with chips this time. Both were really yummy. We've had the Fish and Chips plus the Chicken Schnitzel before and no complaints. The coffee was pretty good too. Service was friendly and fairly quick. Recommend!

Another excellent meal here last night.
This seems to be the only Hotel we go to, where they cook your steaks exactly how you asked for them - well done is no pink and not dry or burnt. Perfect!! I refuse to order a steak anywhere else due to countless disappointments. The accompanying vegetables (Mash potato, onion rings and a steamed mix) were also top rate. The side roll with butter was fresh too. A great night - again :)

This was our 4th visit here and we were very happy with everything.
Enjoyed the crumbed Flat Head Fillets with chips and salad. It was all very nice, with exceptionally crispy chips. Unfortunately, too windy to sit outside on the balcony like we normally do but the view of the Marina through the floor to ceiling windows, was still wonderful! Service was friendly and quick. We decided to treat ourselves with a shared desert - special of the day was Churros with chocolate dipping sauce and vanilla ice cream - it didn't disappoint. Just divine! Very busy for a Sunday but it is a large venue, so plenty of room to move around. They even had a live band from 3pm. Will definitely come back for a 5th visit :)
