Many empty shelves and mixed up products. Staff in outdoor timber just plain rude and disinterested. They need to get their act together, clean the place up, fill the shelves and get staff who are actually interested in the customer not just their own timetables. Will avoid this store in future.

YUM YUM YUM......had to wait but that was because the experience is so delicious that everyone wants to try it....well worth the wait. I had strawberries and dipping chocolate (to share) and the Italian Hot Chocolate.....Sublime...

Going to the theatre and needed dinner in a hurry. We chose 'Casablanca: as it was convenient. I had the chicken curry which was absolutely delicious and very tender. The price was fair and the staff ensured it was delivered quickly as they knew we were going to a show. Will definitely use this restaurant again.

Took 5 workmates there for Coffee and cake yesterday (special occasion). They were not busy. Five of us got our coffee and cake, however, I only got my coffee. After waiting some time I reminded my waiter I was still waiting for cake, he acknowledged he was aware of this and said it would be coming. Waited another 5 minutes before it was served with half a plate of whipped cream (disgusting) which looked like it had been dumped on the plate in frustration. By this time everyone else had finished their morning tea and had to wait for me to bolt mine so we could go back to work. Whilst the cake was quite nice none of us gave the coffee a stamp of approval. All said it was very ordinary which is also very disappointing. Considering my coffee and cake cost over $12 this cafe will not see me again and I will be very surprised if any of my work mates do as well (Between us we spent over $75 in this one sitting).

My favorite Brisbane coffee shop and cafe. Food and coffee is delicious whether it's breakfast or lunch and the service is always friendly and efficient even when they are flat out (which is often).

Have purchased here twice (as had a fantastic discount voucher) and found the range of products quite good. The first experience was less than good as the staff member serving me was very rude and when I went to pick up my glasses it took her over 20 minutes to actually produce them (couldn't find the case and kept getting distracted by other customers) - no apology or concern for the delayed showed at all. However, my second experience was completely different with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff member. When I called in to see if my glasses were ready I got the first lady again and once again not helpful, however, the second lady stepped in and confirmed they were ready and completed my purchase in a few minutes. Result - if you get the right person to serve you will have a very professional experience and come out smiling....

Really friendly welcoming service at the check out which was a pleasant change when grocery shopping (usually check out operators ask how you are today but don't even hear your response). The quality of the products is great, store set out very spacious and shelves well stocked. Very impressed and will go back.

Whilst I have no issue with the parking (3 days), the service was poor. Overcharged and despite picking it up immediately (before leaving the premises) we had to wait over 2 months and make in excess of 10 calls to obtain a refund. They keep telling me it would be processed today - then came up with every excuse under the book as to why it wasn't. Also had to call to find out where they were when picking us up from the airport, despite the fact they had our return flight details (apparently you have to call or they don't come, yet we were not told this). Other companies had been twice and we were still waiting.

Customer service is scarce at best. Store is very messy and almost impossible to find matching products (sheets - pillow cases or top sheet and bottom sheet in the same colour if not in a set). Only one choice for pillow protector - are they kidding and it was a cheap and nasty one at that.

My family and I have eaten at this restaurant a number of times, the service has always been quick and very very friendly, the food delicious and the coffee perfect....highly recommend you give it a go.
