We brought a whipper sniper from bunnings, the first one was really hard to start and when we tried to start it the second try it just would not start, thinking we got a lemon we took it back exchanged it for another one same brand, it wouldn't even start on the first try so we took it back and asked to exchange for a different band, they allowed this and finally we got a whipper sniper that works, Bunnings threw in extra cord for our trouble.

Never enough staff wandering around or willing to help, yes there are some that are passionate about their job and will go above and beyond to help you but they are few and far between. Never seem to have what I'm looking for. I have asked the staff on the counters a few time if I am able to leave my name and number until this product I am looking for comes in and they are quite rude about it and either make it a big drama or say no, we don't do that.. even though another staff member has told me that in fact they do. Nothing I hate more than people chewing gum like cows chew grass and almost every second staff member you walk past is doing just that, even on the counters while trying to have a conversation. Disgusting! Even find it hard to find a park sometimes.

these guys are great I always take hours to walk around there great bargaisn awesome for kids outdoor toys to, I have never met a nicer staff place good for joke around too

great people love going in with the family and walking around looking at stuff can always find what we are after if not we ask the lovely staff there who will always help even if its a bad day for them its great

Sometimes you can get lucky and get a staff member that is passionate about their job but most of the time, when we go there (almost always on a weekend) I find the staff enthusiasm lacking, especially if we need to get something from a high shelf. At times we have looked for a staff member for up to 5 minutes, resorting to me walking all over the store to find one. I would recommend not going there during busy times. The prices are good, as expected, but if there was competition in the area, we wouldn't be going to Bunnings Booval.

Sometimes shelves are not fully stocked. But staff go above and beyond what is expected of them to give the best customer service possible. Will definitely be going back here again soon

My only complaint is the general untidiness of the place. The staff has, as a rule been very helpful, but the stock is dusty and in various states of availability. With a range of products as large as theirs I am not surprised, however, I have been in other Bunnings outlets that have been bright and airy, well lit, clean and well presented.

Many empty shelves and mixed up products. Staff in outdoor timber just plain rude and disinterested. They need to get their act together, clean the place up, fill the shelves and get staff who are actually interested in the customer not just their own timetables. Will avoid this store in future.

I find the staff very friendly everytime I enter the store, they have also helped with planting ideas for my vegetable garden, just great we really enjoyed eating our watermelons and tomatoes that they assisted with.

Every time I go to Bunnings I never seem to be able to find staff to help me. Considering they are in the business of selling items that people may not have used before you think that they would have more staff to help.
