Have purchased here twice (as had a fantastic discount voucher) and found the range of products quite good. The first experience was less than good as the staff member serving me was very rude and when I went to pick up my glasses it took her over 20 minutes to actually produce them (couldn't find the case and kept getting distracted by other customers) - no apology or concern for the delayed showed at all. However, my second experience was completely different with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff member. When I called in to see if my glasses were ready I got the first lady again and once again not helpful, however, the second lady stepped in and confirmed they were ready and completed my purchase in a few minutes. Result - if you get the right person to serve you will have a very professional experience and come out smiling....
