Thank you Hanrob at Heathcote for caring for our beautiful girl, Lois. She had a fantastic time. Lois had a holiday with you from 18th February to 23rd February this year, she was happy to go with your handler, she was so caring towards Lois. When we came to collect her Lois was very happy and thanked the staff, she was quite happy to be with them which put our mind at ease. I love that the dogs get to play with other dogs and you pair them with another dog they get along with. Fantastic pet hotel, we will definitely be back.Thank you for caring so much.
