My GSP Scout goes to doggie daycare here every weekend and can’t get enough! He’s so excited to go each day -the team are so caring and professional- they really go above and beyond. I highly recommend!

My greyhound, Dash, loves this place. He always seems to be well looked after and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

My dog came home with kennel cough; they moved the facility he was at without my permission and they were extremely hard to get hold of. It took me 2 days and about 15 calls to get a phone call to make sure he had settled in. They offered to compensate me for the vet bills but have since gone MIA (talking to you Brett). Very disappointed with the response I have revived, I waited 2 weeks since I voiced my concerns and there has being minimal responses so I believe a poor review is justified. Also don't bother paying for the photo package; the photo quality is rubbish as you can see from the photo I’ve included.

the same thing happened with us. moved the facility without our consent and our cats had to stay in ICU for a week suffering from dehydration and acute kidney injury. Brett gone MIA after offering to compensate for vet bills.

Fantastic, used them for many years. Until something goes wrong, such as your pet being injured in their care. Then you just hear crickets.....................

Sadly I booked with Hanrob and paid a substantial deposit which was debited from my credit card immediately .As our plans had changed I rang back within the hour to cancel but was told that they only refund every Thursday -a week after I cancelled -one questions their business practices and based on this I would never book my dog into any of their kennels

When we came to pick up our dog they gave us the wrong dog to take home. After telling them this is not our dog, we had to wait an hour before they found our dog and brought him to us. They told us that they must have mixed up our dog so he would not have had the package that we had asked for, including no bath which he was supposed to have. They also could not tell us what services our dog actually received or how our dog was during the stay or anything about our dogs stay. Our dog also developed kennel cough while staying at Hanrob which he has never had before. Hanrob were very apologetic and gave us a full refund. They said they would pay for a vet visit and antibiotics for our dog, but it has been a few weeks and we are yet to have a response from them after we sent them the vet bill. Hopefully this was a once off accident and it won’t happen again. But this was our experience.

Feeling very distressed when our dog returned from Hanrob with kennel cough and also developed a stomach infection. Vet and antibiotics have cost as much as the stay at Hanrob thus doubling the cost of the exercise.

Our Cavalier King Charles "Charlie" has stayed with Hanrob a number of times. He always comes home happy, healthy and beautifully groomed & clean. Hanrob are wonderful to deal with, all the way through from booking to pick-up and return
