I have been consulting with Dana for pain and discomfort. My main area of concern was an injury that occurred several years ago that was still causing me grief. I have sought treatment with practitioners in other modalities but I have experienced little if any relief. Dana applies some rather unusual techniques to her treatments and I won't deny that sometimes it can get a little uncomfortable but wow the results are worth it. There was recently a significant gap without treatment due to holidays but I was pain free the whole time. I am impressed with the results of my treatments and it's a great relief to feel comfortable again.

I've had some less than happy experiences with some of the other clinics and doctors in the hills. At one stage I was going all the way over to Bulleen to a GP to get decent service. I knew I couldn't sustain the travel so when Mount Medical opened I tentatively booked in. I'm pleased to say that I am happy with my new doctor - Dr Bandula Rathnayake who is thorough and efficient. At this stage it is still relatively easy to make get an appointment and waiting times are not very long. Reception is pleasant and helpful.

We recently dined at the restaurant for the first time and we were happy with the quality of our meals. The service was efficient and friendly, the decor is fresh and attractive, and the prices are good. We ordered vegetarian spring rolls and they were lightly curried and tasty. We also ordered duck stir fry and that dish was lovely and pad thai. I found the pad that to be a little too sweet and the flavour was missing the piquancy of lemon or lime. We would be happy to return but not too often as the food was very salty.

Our first time buying takeaway from this restaurant, the food was fresh and tasty and we were served and on our way in no time. The prices were ok, comparable with other asian takeway restaurants and as was the serving size. I found the service to be pleasant but where I wasn't so happy was I thought the range of vegetables was a little too limited for my liking. I would consider going back but I've had better Chinese food.

I agree that the decor is not the nicest I've come across and the quality of service seems to vary but so far it hasn't been enough of an issue to put us off returning. Have been a few times with family and friends and have found the meals to good quality and a generous serving. One of my friends is Asian and she gave it the thumbs up. The prices are ok for what you get.

When I walk into the cafe I feel good. I always enjoy coming here because it's light filled, cheerful and the views are gorgeous. In winter if you can get seat close by there is a lovely fire which is very comforting. We find the coffee and cakes to be good quality and we have always found the service to great. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

We have been taking our diesel Pajero here for servicing for about two years and we are very happy with the service they provide and the prices. On a few occasions we have needed to drop in for things that have cropped up (totally unrelated to servicing or repairs) and the staff have been willing to take the time out to assist with our concerns. We have always found them to be knowledgeable, helpful and competent.

My friend and I recently enjoyed afternoon tea at the Reel Cafe. We thoroughly enjoyed our coffee/chai, our cakes were served with a dollop of cream and were delicious. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and we thought the prices seemed in line with other cafes in the area. Considering the quality of food and service we will happily return, and the nearby parking is a bonus especially for Belgrave.

Star Bakery has a small humble looking shop front that is may not very noticeable to people who are not familiar with Belgrave and many people seem to gravitate to the other cafes located at the lower end of town. I recently sampled Star Bakery's food for the first time, and I am pleased to say that their apple pie is the best quality bakery bought sweet pie that I ever tasted. I will definitely buy their food again, and the service was pleasant and friendly.

It's a shame but by the sound of it, they weren't the most impressive survey site and payouts were few and far between
