I have to admit this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant that I have been too by far. Their Pho or even their rice dishes are to die for. I have always been a big fan of their vermicelli noodles with spring rolls and pork balls. Their always super busy and the seats are quiet squashy so not a good place to sit around for long chats. The only other complain I have is that they don't have the Vietnamese pancakes Banh Xeo on their list. However that hasn't stop me going there for years.

I recommended by a friend to come here and try the food. I was advised that the food great for the money I was paying. I went on a weekday and it was approx $16 per person because I was a non member of the RSL club. There was a lot of variety to choose form and the food was pretty good. The service there was non existence though. The staff there looked like they were unhappy working there and if you ask them for help they will unhappily show you to what you need, point of it and walk off without even eye contact. It wasn't too busy but it wasn't too quiet either. I would go there again for the food but I wouldn't expect any help for any of their staff there again.

I only recently started going to Mr Hong and from then on I wouldn't go anywhere else. He assisted me in getting my OrthoK for a cheaper price that I can find anywhere else. My lens cracked within 2 weeks and so I went back to Mr Hong and he was happy to send them back to the manufacturer and get me a new pair. Even though now I have relocated and no longer living in Sydney I would still be going back to him for a check up every time I am back in Sydney. Highly recommended.

Shark Hotel is a great place for Asians to come and party. I went last week on a Friday night and there was music and tones of people on the dance floor. There was 2 levels. The upper level you'd have to pay an entry fee so I didn't visit upstairs. The lower atmosphere was great already so I didn't see the need to go upstairs. There were bouncers everywhere which made me feel safe if ever there was a fight that initiated. There is also a Thai restaurant there that was pretty good. Had to wait over an hour to get a table but when I got there it was worth the wait

This place use to be pretty crummy but since they have renovated it its pretty nice. Its a little dark but some may see it as romantic. Its quiet for group gathering and the food here is decent. There is smoke section down the bottom which makes it quite convenient instead of having to pop off outside. The sauce here is unlimited which is great because I love a lot of tomato sauce with my chips

When I got there the staff member that served me was quiet nice. There wasn't enough room available and the only room that wasn't occupied was a room that had a broken leg on the bed. I was told that because of that they were not allowed to rent out the room. I advised them that I was ok with that and I needed a room for the night and I was happy to pay the normal price for that room. He told me to wait aside and he went to contact his manager as he would need approval. It took him around 20 mins. He came back and advised me that it was ok and that he would be giving me a discount on the room which I didn't expect. The room price was $200 per night and he charged me $150. The room was clean and reasonable.

I went there with a Scoopon voucher of $29. I order a steak and whilst my partner ordered the calamari. The entree dish looks great, a bit oily but still nice. When our food came I made a comment about how my dish smelt a bit funny. My partner was too busy eating his food so he didn't really notice. I didn't really touch my steak and just had the chips. Chips were really tasty and when my partner finished his food I gave him some of my steak. As soon as I passed my food to him he realized that there was a smell to it. We immediately called for the waitress who was more than happy to exchange the meal for us free to charge. However I was a bit worried about the quality of the meat so refused anymore food. The service here is great and definitely worth checking out. Just be mindful of the steak if you do order it.

I went there with a few mates last week and the food there was sensational. I usually don't eat food with too much carbs but they made it taste so nice that I finish most of my friends dish. The scenery is nice especially at night because of the lighted river bridge. After dinner great to go for a romantic walk. Recommended for couples for first dates.
