There is always something great to drink at Star Bar. It's a great place to hang out after a day of hard work too.

Been rennovated and now has a nicer look and feel, Bistro is alright and the price is very reasonable. As a club it is alright, due to the location and you get quite a few people on fri and sat nights, with a fairly youthful crowd.

Star Bar is average place to go to for casual drinks down that end of the city, close to the cinemas and the train network. Since the renovations, it is much nicer to hang out here than it used to be. The drinks are fairly priced and there is lots of seating, worth a visit.

A decent bar to go to for casual drinks, has a large dancefloor upstairs, general bar area on the first floor and pool tables and lounges on the bottom floor. Lots of fun and the drinks are fairly cheap, only drawback is that it gets really crowded on Friday nights

This place use to be pretty crummy but since they have renovated it its pretty nice. Its a little dark but some may see it as romantic. Its quiet for group gathering and the food here is decent. There is smoke section down the bottom which makes it quite convenient instead of having to pop off outside. The sauce here is unlimited which is great because I love a lot of tomato sauce with my chips

Great quality and cheap food. Not much choice, but what they have is enough for a pub meal. The Burgers are very big a fresh. The service is terrible, but you can't have everything. Worth the visit, near town hall station.

Great place to hang out. works rather like a bar/restaurant during early night, then turns into a club at late night.

I love the steaks and the finger food, but sometimes I just want to sit down and eat, but apparently the hot food bar is closed, cuz ppl gotta dance.

Good place over all

The interior of Star Bar is attractive and spacious (despite being a little dim). The menu is varied and includes some good value steak. However, I don't like how sauce costs extra. Prices are a little expensive but they're on par for restaurants in the city and they have a meal deal if you buy a drink. They also have pool tables.
