Lives up to its name :) We came here for rice and noodles, which were authentically chinese in taste.

Not bad, in presentation and good for a shopping break. The crepes tastes quite good, but were a bit soft, and a tad sweet.

Finally found coat stands! Ikea was out, so was Big W, and those around Sydney were flimsy and expensive. This shop in Tuggeranong Hyperdome had lots of stuff on offer!

A mild disappointment at what we thought from reviews to be the most authentic Korean find in Oz. Won't say it's outright bad, but a far cry from the average standard in Seoul or NY's K-town. The fried chicken was the most tasty thing in the myriad of orders we had that night. Don't bother with their seafood pots.

Really long queues gather here in this tiny town, so we popped in for a mid-drive bite. The pastries looked good, but tasted quite normal. However, the cakes were quite nice. A nice touristy stop on the road to Sydney. The shepherd's pie is quite tasty though a lil small.

Good hearty and heartwarming taiwanese desserts in the heart of chinatown. The queues are a mile long, but that's because it's worth the wait. Check out the black sticky rice desserts!

Heard that this was amongst the best Malaysian restaurants in Sydney, and came with too high expectations, I suppose. The nasi lemak wasn't up to malaysian spice levels and the sambal (chilly paste) was disappointingly cold. The laksa didn't look quite right either. Sad to note that my favourite part of lunch was the sirap selasih (Rose syrup with basil seeds), which was something I hadn't had in a decade or so.

The shaved ice desserts are famous here, and we decided to give it a go one late winter night! Not to our surprise, the place was packed with mostly young people. The spread of dessert offerings is quite impressive and reminded us of HK & Taiwan. The mango shaved ice that we ordered looked very artistic, but unfortunately didn't taste as fluffy or milky as we'd hoped. Nonetheless, this is a cool hangout to come to with a bunch of friends... if you don't mind waiting for a table. I should mention that the gelato is much better than expected, and I might ditch the asian desserts next time for a few scoops of gelato.

Authentic Sichuan fare with wonderful friendly service. We requested asian spice levels and the braised fish fillets came out excellent! The recommended veggies in garlic sauce were superb too.
