Daniel responded to our leaky ceiling exactly when he said he would. Told my wife he'd send a text message at the end of his day once his schedule for the next day was planned out. He did that and arrived on time as planned. He quickly assessed the issues with our ceiling, explained the problem verbally and with pictures he'd taken whilst on our roof, outlined what the costs would be to fix it should we choose to go ahead and then proceeded to fix it then and there once I'd agreed. Efficient, friendly and prompt service from start to finish. Happy with Daniel's service and more than happy to recommend.

I had a new digital antenna and six way splitter installed as well as an upgrade to two TV points and cables. Sharaf and his partner were fantastic! Responded to my email request for a quote within half an hour, arranged an appointment for the same day (couldn't believe it) and were on the roof of my house within a couple of hours of having sent my request. Still can't believe they've been, done the work and gone. Sharaf explained the options I had clearly, even with a diagram, and what it would cost. They were very reasonably priced and gave me information about further options I had for the future should I want to upgrade further. Can't recommend them enough, excellent service and friendly too.

We had a window lock replaced after a break in. We'd called two other locksmiths late in the afternoon but neither could come until the next day. James Splitgerber from Metrolock took our call and was at our house within half an hour. He inspected the damaged, advised us on a suitable replacement, returned to his office to retrieve the appropriate new locks, then came back to use and fitted them. It was finished in not much more than hour from our phone call. James was prompt, informative, pleasant and courteous throughout the job.

I've only ever eaten in once here, but I've had pizza or pasta delivered more times than I'd care to mention - our pizza deliverer of choice. The pizzas are consistently of a good standard with plenty of topping and a medium crust (not thin, but not deep pan either). A large menu to choose from offering both standard and gourmet pizzas as well as a reasonable selection of pasta dishes. There is only one pasta size but the serving is quite large. They nearly always deliver sooner than the estimated time they provide on the phone and they are very reliable. No delivery charge for orders over $12, which we meet easily with one large or two small pizzas.

I've eaten in many times and also picked up take-away many times. The quality is consistently excellent, the crusts are good (thin and crunchy) and the topping choice is more interesting than most places. The venue is small and noisy but has plenty of atmosphere. Service can be a bit mixed, possibly because it is often very busy. If you're planning to eat in it definitely pays to reserve a table, you may struggle otherwise. If you can't get a table, an option is to go to the bar next door (Joe's Shoe Store) which allows you to order from the Meine Leibe menu but eat them in Joe's.

I ordered a digital photo frame from Ted's recently and requested an in-store pick up from the Elizabeth Street store. The day after placing the order I got a call saying their Elizabeth Street store was out of stock but they'd have one from their Camberwell store couried to Elizabeth Street. They called again about an hour later and said instead of couriering it to their store they'd courier direct to me at no extra cost if I'd like. Sent me a text later that afternoon saying the courier had picked up from them and would probably deliver next day, and they did. Saved me $10 and a trip into the city.

I've used CACH twice, once for a Minolta digital point-and-shoot camera and once for a SONY flash. Both times I've purchased their goods via ebay. The second time I was helped by Stan who gave me detailed information about why Australian retailers couldn't get close to US retailers on ebay. Whilst their prices weren't as good as shopping overseas, the service and time offered was beyond normal levels and convinced me to buy Australian through them.

I've used Road Mogul twice, once for a digital video camera and once for a point-and-shoot digital camera, both made by Canon. After extensive research they had the best price for the model I was after both times. Cheaper than ebay both times, providing full Australian warranties and the option to pickup from their Abbotsford warehouse in Melbourne to save on postage.
