Generally, you can have your repairs back on the same day. Most jewellery stores don't have a jeweller on site and need to send your goods away for repairs. What my partner loves most about this store is the fact that they don't need to send away her engagement ring for rhodium-plating. It gets done in store and she can pick it up on the same day.
