He also has a quick turnaround time for jewellery and watch repairs as well as watch battery replacement for all brands (including prestige brands). Generally, you can have your repairs back on the same day. Most jewellery stores don't have a jeweller on site and need to send your goods away for repairs. What my partner loves most about this store is the fact that they don't need to send away her engagement ring for rhodium-plating. It gets done in store and she can pick it up on the same day. If you're a lover of Swarovski crystal, they also have an extensive range of current and discontinued figurines and jewellery items. Love this one-stop shop!

We are getting married in 2weeks and purchased our wedding bands from place overseas. Unfortunately the band was too small. We went in to see if was at all possible to get the ring resized before the wedding day. They were amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able resize the ring and we had it back within 2hours with great quality work. It was such a relief and huge help.
