This place was the worst meal I have ever had out in Ballarat. I'll explain our experience in chronological order. Arrived at 7PM, sat down and ordered our drinks. Drinks took 10 minutes to come out and half of them were missing, had to call the waiter to get the rest. 15 minutes after that they took our order's of entrees and mains. 30 minutes after that our entrees arrived (bruchetta served on naan bread? WTF?)... 20 mins after that the waiter came out to explain they had deleted our main orders off the computer and we would have to order again. (This was about 8:30 they came out and told us this, been there for 1 and a half hours). Our food then didnt arrive until a bit after 9PM, all in staggered lots so half of the table was finished before the other half even got theirs. So the meals are now out. 1) I had Gnocci, it was in huge balls and was not cooked, another person on the table had the same and theirs was not cooked either. Another person ordered a chicken dish and was about to start eating it and the waiter rushed over, said that was the wrong meal and just picked it up and walked off....(rude) the correct meal then came out and my friend started eating it.. got into the middle and it was raw (raw chicken not good!) None of the other meals were very good, no one said they enjoyed their meals. My friend who had the raw chicken got their meal for free.... but really they didn't eat any of it. The 2 Gnocci's we still had to pay for, and when I spoke to the owner and said they were raw she went and spoke to the chef and said he apologises, he didn't cook them for long enough (really??). I would assume a competent chef wouldn't send out food unless it was cooked, but obviously I was wrong.

It was very overpriced for the quality of the food and the service that we received.

Approximate cost: $24
