I went to Tin Cat Cafe today for lunch with my husband. I rang ahead to book as I was bringing my pram (and they tout that they are child friendly) and didnt want to miss out in the lunch rush if there was one.
As it turned out it was only mildly busy but when I arrived at 12:15 there was only 1 server on who was a bit frazzled so even though I was seated straight away it was a while before I got drinks and then she did accidentally slam the drinks on the table startling my baby.
The lunch menu was very pricey with main courses around the 30 dollar mark. The mains also looked like they would take a while to come out.I then asked what would be good for a quick lunch and was told I would need to order entrees or soup of the day. I ordered the mushroom soup ($12) and mushroom pie ($20) and a plate of chat potatos ($10). It was filling enough for my partner and myself and they were really good as they brought the food out really quickly. The food was also very good.
I then ordered a coffee and muffin to go. The muffin was baked fresh that day and was to die for.
I have heard that they are closing soon, and confirmed this rumor was true as I was leaving. Get in quick before they disappear as the ambiance is great and food is amazing although I would recommend going for breakfast as you get more bang for your buck. Also note that if you get mains you can use an entertainment gold card here.

I had a referral to see an eye specialist for my 3 month old son. I was booked in to see Dr Black and although I had to get my dr to fax the referral and wait for them to call me booking was easy. Unfortunately Dr Black was on holidays so this took a few weeks and I had to ring to check if they were going to get back to me.
When I attended the clinic all staff were very friendly. The ophthalmologist who saw me before the specialist was also friendly and professional with a good manner.
Dr Black answered questions easily and was a friendly Dr. Very happy with the service.

Ordered some food online to pick up. The ordering was really easy and the staff great when i went to pick up the food. My mother had a yiros and she enjoyed hers but the caesar salad was too fatty and the herb bread over cooked. It is an acceptable pizza venue but nothing to write home about.

This review is for Sagarmatha Nepali Restaurant, Stepney SA

We went to Sagamartha for an early mothers day dinner. The restaurant has a nice homely feel and the food is good. The service left a little to be desired. The service was slow and the waitress didnt really help much. There was also no changetable which made changing my baby's nappy quite difficult. You can use your Ambassadors card here to get one meal free wich makes it more cost effective and we all received 12 dollar vouchers for our next visit. All in all a pleasant evening.

Vital Core Physio offer consultations and classes for pre and post natal women (and also "normal" physio too). I have found the physios to be excellent and very friendly. Rebecca Sabine is particularly good. I attended the pre pregnancy class once but was too tired to try again. I have however been seen Rebecca and attending the post natal class at least once per week. The classes are excellent although are often full and you need to book.

Went to Milkaholic for breakfast with 5 adults and 3 kids, so had 2 prams. Was able to fit everyone round a table which was great. The food was sensational. I had the breakfast burgers which were very filling, and a peanut butter smoothie. All food was good quality and the presentation is very cute.

Went to the Glynde Hotel today to try their new GoGo Buffalo eatery.
The guy serving us was one of the best customer service peopl I have encountered. Nice, charming and helpful.
We ordered burgers which were quite pricey but they were huge. Money well spent. The best burger was the rib burger, I thoroughly recommend it.
Also the fact that they serve food from 12noon-9pm is a definite win as we rocked up at 2pm on a Sunday.... a time when lots of pubs turn you away.
The only down side was there were 3 flies buzzing around, but I can understand why they were trying to get at the food!!

Needed a location to meet with another family that was kid friendly and good value for money. This ticked all of the boxes. Breastfeeding friendly. A play area which my friend's 2 year old loved. The food was great value. Burgers with chips for 12.90 is great. And all day breakfast. It is a bit of a hidden gem.

We ate in the restaurant for our wedding anniversary and despite booking 2 days before we had a great table. The waiters were friendly and efficient although one did manage to mislay my entertainment card when we paid. The toilets habe been done up since I was last there and they are very funky.

On the food side of things we were not disappointed. The oysters were very fresh and the steaks cooked to perfection. The highlight however was the desserts. My husband had the churos which he loved and I had the Eaton Mess which was the best dessert I have had in years. Definitely interested in returning for dinner despite the price.

Ordered pizza on Anzac day at lunch time. They were the only pizza place open for lunch on this side of the city. The pizzas were amazing. Especially the yiros pizza. The price is also very reasonable. We fed 4 adults for 21.90
You cant beat that!
