I had both my children at Waverley Private Hospital. Unfortunately they no longer have the partnership with the Novotel Hotel in Glen Waverley which I'd enjoyed so much after having my first child however I still had a pleasant experience here after having my second child.

The food is excellent for a hospital and we particularly liked the cake trolley that comes around every afternoon. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. They will keep your baby in the nursery at night if it all gets too much and they will mind your baby for a few hours on your last night so that you can go out to dinner.

Rooms were nice (although ours lacked a table and chairs). We also found a few inconsistencies between staff regarding various issues although I guess this is to be expected at any hospital.

The delivery suites are fully equipped with everything you could need and it is great that you are so close to a special care nursery and operating theatres if they are needed.

My husband and I have also had day surgery here and been very well looked after. Would definitely recommend.

As a prospective purchaser on a property listed by Stockdale & Leggo, I was very disappointed with the service I received.

After inspecting the property we noted that the land size was not included on any of the advertising material. I suspected it was smaller than average so I e-mailed the agent and requested that a Section 32 be sent out so we could check the size of the block. Rather then e-mail me back, the agent left a message on my mobile phone for me to call him which was not only inconvenient but would have cost me money, plus the matter didn't require discussion. I advised him to contact me via e-mail only but he then refused to send through the documents unless we committed to attending and bidding at the auction. Obviously we refused, so he became very patronising by breaking down to us what a Section 32 was (as if we didn't know) and by telling us that he wouldn't send it unless we'd made the decision to potentially purchase. To cut a long story short, it took four days of e-mails back and forth and the threat of us walking away all together for him to e-mail the document, something which every other agent we have dealt with has always been happy to send out straight away.

As it turned out, the land size was tiny and we felt it was quite sneaky of the agents to omit this detail from all advertising material. Not surprisingly the property passed in at auction like we suspected it would. It also wasn't a good look that there were three agency staff going around amongst the onlookers trying to encourage people to bid.

In summary, I would be very wary of dealing with this agency again and I would certainly never sell my home with them if this is the way they treat prospective buyers. Not recommended.

The food here is always good but the service can be very haphazard...sometimes it's fine and other times you strike waiters who appear to have been given absolutely no training at all. The atmosphere is nice and they have live music on Saturday nights.

Have been very happy with the manicures I've had done here over the last year or so. The quality of the pedicures is good but rather than sit in a spa chair, you have to lie on the table while they do your nails. They do give you cushions to put under your back but I found it quite uncomfortable. I would definitely return for a manicure but would probably go elsewhere for a pedicure.

Had a spa pedicure here and the girl managed to cut a hole in my heel while she was scraping off dead skin. Then she put some sort of ointment (from an unmarked bottle) in the cut that stung like crazy. She spoke little English and had to call over her supervisor because it was clear she had no idea what to do. Meanwhile my foot is bleeding and stinging from this ointment while the two of them stood around, speaking another language and trying to work out what to do. At no stage was anything that was going on explained to me and eventually I was provided with a bandaid which wouldn't stay on because my foot was too wet. I was very disappointed with how the incident was handled and with the staff's lack of knowledge in how to deal with such occurences. Fortunately the hole did not get infected but it took ages to heal. I would never return to this salon as it is clear that the staff need better training and English skills.

Visited this salon for a spa pedicure. The quality of the work was reasonable but the service and customer care was poor. The staff member who did my nails spoke little English and constantly chatted away to other staff in another language while she was doing my nails. It was very off putting. While I was waiting for my nails to dry, the woman in the next chair also complained to me about how rude it was for staff to talk in another language in front of customers like that. Not the worst experience I've had in a nail salon but also far from the best.

After being regular customers here for years we are sad to say we have given up on Kingfisher Blue. For the second time in a row we arrived home after collecting our order to find several items missing (which we had paid for). I called them and the staff member who answered the phone did not even offer an apology or attempt to resolve the situation. When we returned to pick up the missing items we were accused of leaving them behind which was most certainly not the case. Whilst the food is generally ok, such poor customer service is unacceptable, particularly when it happens twice in a row. We'll be getting our fish and chips elsewhere next time.
