Monash Gardens Retirement Village has a Happy Hour on the first Friday of every month. Every 3 months we order up to 28 serves of fried flake, potato cake, and chips. Always delivered on time, hot and tasty, at a reasonable cost. Fantastic service . All village residents satisfied.

This has been our fish and chip shop of choice (approximately weekly) for over 8 years and the quality of the food is always fantastic. In all that time, we have only had one occasion where an item from our order was missed.

It is a shame that the staff are not friendly. Most of the staff cannot even manage a smile irrespective of whether you order at peak time or at a quieter period. Some staff are just downright rude. More often than not it feels a bit like you're an unwelcome guest in their shop, but the fish and chips are that good that we keep going back!

We keep smiling in the hope it will catch on.

The chips are almost always crisp and the fish is usually very good.

Sometimes they get it wrong with the fish and tgerevare bones but otherwise it is very good.

I have had the souva and the burger and they are nothing special. Domains are often overcooked. Potatoe cakes perfect.

It may depend likevI don't Luke them but I do. Fish and chips is what they do well, particularily the chips.

Over priced, rude staff and overcooked food, make for a bad experience all round. 3 visits to this place and each time I have felt ripped of at the quality of the food I was given, waited way too long and paid too much. The staff are the most disappointing though. The bosses are arrogant and really take the "I don't need your business" approach STAY AWAY!!

After being regular customers here for years we are sad to say we have given up on Kingfisher Blue. For the second time in a row we arrived home after collecting our order to find several items missing (which we had paid for). I called them and the staff member who answered the phone did not even offer an apology or attempt to resolve the situation. When we returned to pick up the missing items we were accused of leaving them behind which was most certainly not the case. Whilst the food is generally ok, such poor customer service is unacceptable, particularly when it happens twice in a row. We'll be getting our fish and chips elsewhere next time.

We had fried flake, a couple of burgers and some chips (chips were nice and crunchy:-)). Our dinner tasted great, the shop is very clean but had to wait a little longer than usual as they were very busy, the staff were very friendly and apologised for the longer than usual wait.

We had burgers, souvos and chips. The chips were cooked perfectly, they were not oily at all and the burgers and souvos had just the right amount of ingredients and tasted fantastic. Very clean shop and well presented. Def going back for more. YUMMY!!!!!!

The fish and chips here are delicious!!! We have been here a couple of times to pick up and take meal to Jells Park. The store is bright and fresh and clean. Staff are polite and efficient. But it's the high quality of the food why we will keep going back for more.

Best fish n chips that i have had in a loooooooooooooong time! Fresh, no "smelly oil" chips and the lamb gyro was not over salty at all! Good friendly service aswell by the staff behind the counter.
