Hi , My name is Peter from Queensland and a visiting caravaner. I have experienced the ultimate service from a staff member named Alex, I visited the Big W store at Bendigo Monday 8th May wanting to purchase a portable gas stove looking at the shelf there was no stock, I approached Alex and he looked up his hand held machine and said that if I was happy to wait for 10 / 15 minutes as he would move some stock around in the back store and see if he could find one, well with 10 minuted he appeared with a big smile with 2 units one for me and the other to put on display. The point I would like to make is , rather than say if it’s not on display we are out of stock , the answer we get so often. He saved a sale of $109.00 .
