Hi , My name is Peter from Queensland and a visiting caravaner. I have experienced the ultimate service from a staff member named Alex, I visited the Big W store at Bendigo Monday 8th May wanting to purchase a portable gas stove looking at the shelf there was no stock, I approached Alex and he looked up his hand held machine and said that if I was happy to wait for 10 / 15 minutes as he would move some stock around in the back store and see if he could find one, well with 10 minuted he appeared with a big smile with 2 units one for me and the other to put on display. The point I would like to make is , rather than say if it’s not on display we are out of stock , the answer we get so often. He saved a sale of $109.00 . Alex your Parents should be very proud to have you as there son as you’ve been taught good ethics, Keep up the good work mate and enjoy your career with BigW . Peter Boxall Qld

Big w has a great different variety of goods for resonable prices, the staff are always so nice and willing to help with anything you need. Great place to go for different needs.

a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. I shop at big w at least once a week. I recommend big w to anyone who is looking for a great shopping experience

I love Big W im always shopping there, for their massive range of products cheap prices & good quality! I use laybys regularly & absolutely love the service & friendly staff!

Good sized store and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
Self serve check outs are available as well as the normal ones.
Lots of parking.
Not much in clothing but a lot of variety in other departments.

The staff are helpfull and they know what they are talking about, the women in cosmetics actually use the products they recommend and not just say they use these products. The place is clean, with stock usually ordered, they have a wide range and good prices, I like shopping at Big W.

Walking around and every staff member walks pass you with no intention to help you. the prices are reasonable and theres plenty of stock available so thats good.

It was ok, but the store staff is awful you cannot get help from anywhere and to stand at the home entertainment counter for 10 mins and have only one employee serving customers with a queue a mile long. The prices are very good though.
