I had my car towed because both tyres were flat. The guy that came was absolutely brilliant, explained everything simply and quickly, and got the car towed efficiently. He was friendly and happy to go the extra mile - even though he hadn't received the proper information from RACV, he problem-solved the situation and made sure that everything went smoothly for me.
