Dale is a very professional guy. He knows carpets inside out.

He came over to our place and gave us a free quote after a thorough look at the condition of our carpets. During the whole time, he kept explaining what he was doing and what the condition of the carpets were.

I found him to be a very friendly and nice guy.

I'd highly recommend Dale to anyone looking at getting their carpet repaired.

Poor customer service. Terrible food.

I went to this cafe with my two young kids (4 & 2) and were sitting outside the cafe. I asked the waitress for some water and she said there are water bottles and glasses inside the cafe, help yourself. She didn't take the fact in to account that for me to go inside the cafe meant that I'd have to get my kids back in the pram, go inside, somehow manage to push the pram and carry the water bottle and glasses back.

In addition, when the food came, it had too much salt in it. Also, amongst the three of us, we were only given one serviette.

I'm never going back there again and would not recommend it to people with young kids.

Has the best chips/fries on campus, specially their spicy chips. Hmmm yummy. Their chicken is also not bad. However stay away from their burgers.

We rent a house through this office.

Before we rented the house we specifically asked them if the previous tenants had any pets. The agent said no. We later found out from neighbours that the previous tenants had had a dog for 6 years. Explains all the allergies I suffered in the first few months of renting until I had the place cleaned at my own expense.

When I contacted the office to have some emergency repairs done the agent was always either out of office or on another call. I made a total of 6 phone calls in 3 days and sent one text message (sent on day 3) and did no get a single call back. When on day 4 I went in to the office to speak to them, they blamed me and said I should not expect a phone call in less than 24 hours. They denied ever getting any calls and said the only message they got for me was the text message. I mentioned I had left messages on their answering machine as well but they denied that too.

My advice to anyone considering renting from Stockdale & Leggo Glen Waverley or using them as an agent is to stay away from them.
