After another broker had knocked us back we were starting to worry/loose hope. Hold one one minute.. We find a unicorn, the most amazing, helpful unicorn (majestic and magic). She seems to also go by the name Catherine.
If it wasn't for Catherine at the mortgage forum. We simply wouldn't have our house now. She truly went above and beyond to help us any way possible. Can not say enough nice things about her.
