When I noticed my main switchboard had a trouble, quickly searched the professional list in the local business guide and called John, J.A.E Electrics.
It was everyone's enjoyable dinner time on Friday night. However, John answered my call without any delay and spotted the trouble immediately. He gave me instructions and advise what to do and what not to do, so I can sleep the enjoyable Friday night with a peace of mind until John arrives with his tools next day.
The next day, John gave me a courtesy call that he was on the way to my place and arrived soon. I believe this is an extra professional manner of any trader.
Upon arriving to my place, he immediately showed his passion toward his job, the long year experience proudly but they are in very friendly way, even though he was going through personally hard time at that time.
John fixed the trouble and converted/upgraded the troublesome old aged switchboard as recommended, explained to me how to use, what may happen in other cases and how to attend it myself.
