From the very beginning, communication via email was a breeze and correspondent was very precise with the information required, and upon arrival, I was quided through the phone on how to get to their office on foot, got there without a glitch. Car was ready within 10 minutes and everything was good until the point of vehicle return. Will surely use BC Rental again on my next visit and have recommended to friends who are visiting Melbourne with intentions of car hire.
