I called the store to ask for a wooden ambulance as a gift to my friend, and as I couldn't find one that I liked, or as big as what I was looking for, they offered to custom make it for me! I was very excited, and throughout the whole process I was kept in touch by the friendly staff to decide on the design, and also its progress as work began on the ambulance. The wooden ambulance was completed in 2-3 weeks, and I was very impressed and absolutely ecstatic when I went and collected it.

Excellent customer service, and very friendly staff. That sums up my whole experience. And the wooden ambulance itself, of course, it made me a very happy person.
