Worst company I have dealt with. I was supposed to receive a package next day paying extra for the service to the sender.
Courier please made very little effort to deliver and put my package into limbo with an unknown date of delivery.

Stating failed to deliver, please contact them for more information. Calling them they have no human interaction and only have online chat.

Excuse online chat agent give is, "driver couldn't find a parking spot".
Pasted a scripted apology and ended the chat.

Absolutely horrible company!
Avoid them at all cost!
