I find the staff polite and professional. I like the cleanliness of the store. I have had haircuts from three different hairdressers there over the last year and I am satisfied with the quality of their work and their responsiveness to my requests.

Craig is lovely to deal with. He has worked on four of our cars over the last five years, including a late nineties Ford falcon, a 2003 hyundai Getz, a late 2000's mitsubishi outlander and a 2010 hyundai i20. Honest, friendly and always thinking of our needs. No problems with his work. Never had a better experience with a mechanic.
We stopped in Bombala on a long trip and had dinner at the Imperial. Food was great. Didn't have vegetarian options on the menu, but when I asked they were willing to make something. I had an excellent vegetarian pizza on a home-made pizza base. It was beautiful. While we were sitting there, locals started to arrive and the proprietor knew their tastes and catered accordingly. Very friendly environment. A great surprise. Don't judge the book by its cover.

This place opened up earlier this year, and I think it does the best take away in the Springhill shops. I also think they do the best chips in Cranbourne. We've had their fish and crabsticks, potato cakes, chicken kebabs and vegie burger. All have been good. The place is sparkling clean and the staff are polite.

I've been going to this practice for five years due to the convenience factor (within walking distance and they bulk bill). However, while there are one or two good knowledgeable doctors I've had some really disappointing and frustrating experiences with doctors who don't even know the common side effects of drugs they are prescribing and evade sensitive or personal issues. I have never waited less than 30 minutes with an appointment, but I guess that's typical. What I find inexcusable however is the unprofessionalism of reception. I have had a receptionist congratulate me on a non-existent pregnancy (after a miscarriage), I've had a doctor pack up and leave while I was waiting to see them because reception had not informed them that I was there. While they say you will get priority over walk-ins if you have an appointment, that has not been my experience. I find reception disorganised and unprofessional, and although there are one or two good doctors, many of the doctors seem unable to cope with women's issues and mental health issues.

Professional and courteous receptionists, excellent knowledgeable pharmacist on site, both doctors I have seen have been professional and knowledgeable (Dr Everitt and Dr Curran). I haven't had any trouble seeing the doctor I want to see and I haven't found wait times excessive.
