I bought a package deal for a cut and colour with a shampoo & conditioner to take home. The cut and colour were OK, nothing flash. I was told they didn't have the shampoo & conditioner to take home, they gave me a lame excuse and said they would post them to me. After several phone calls and being told "we will post them to you" I have received nothing. The last time I rang them I was told that they don't post items to customers and that I would have to go and pick them up. I have obviously been lied to all this time when they have had no intention of posting anything to me. I have paid for these and I don't feel that I should have to go and pick them up. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received, being blatantly lied to. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a spring clean done by Jeff & Swee. They did an excellent job and made my house look brand new. This is the second time I have used CleanaHome and will use them again in the future. They arrived on time, they are lovely to deal with and I am very happy with the results.

I had my front tap, meter and stop tap all raised up out of a pit in the front garden. When I phoned to book in the job, Darren could come within a couple of days even though the job was not urgent to me. Darren arrived when he said he would and did a terrific job. They had to dig a huge hole to get access to the pipes. They cleaned up afterwards and did not damage my plants in the garden. Darren's quote was very reasonable considering there was two men working for about 3 1/2 hours. Would recommended this business to anyone. Thanks for a great job Darren.

I had all of my windows and sliding doors cleaned by Jeff and Swee for only $150. They were here on time and did an excellent job - they even cleaned the glass panels on my front door. They were very nice to deal with and I will definitely use them again.

I first went to Natural Pain Solutions because I had a dislocated jaw and was in a lot of pain. Scott advised acupuncture (which I thought was a bit unusual) but it worked. I do need ongoing treatment but my jaw is a lot better than what it was. I have since seen a jaw specialist and she said the best thing to do is acupuncture, so I will continue my treatments with Scott. Also everyone there is very nice and it is a nice peaceful place to have treatment.
