I bought a package deal for a cut and colour with a shampoo & conditioner to take home. The cut and colour were OK, nothing flash. I was told they didn't have the shampoo & conditioner to take home, they gave me a lame excuse and said they would post them to me. After several phone calls and being told "we will post them to you" I have received nothing. The last time I rang them I was told that they don't post items to customers and that I would have to go and pick them up. I have obviously been lied to all this time when they have had no intention of posting anything to me. I have paid for these and I don't feel that I should have to go and pick them up. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received, being blatantly lied to. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
