Been a customer since they commenced business .... have tried other candles but havn't found any that compare for price, value and quality - the perfumes/aromas/scents last and last. Just prior to Christmas 2011 I purchased three pillar candles of varying sizes - 12 months later when I retrieved them from their storage they still have their beautiful Christmas scents.

I've been using Flying Flowers for over 10 years now sending flowers to my Aunt in England and cannot fault the service. This year due to circumstances I forgot to order until two days before her birthday .... I was absolutely amazed to find her beautiful rose bush arrived on her birthday ... Flying Flowers have a great range of bouquets and plants which change seasonally. There are also a couple of hampers available along with Australian wildflowers and wines.

Peter came to clean all data from our old laptop and desktop computers and to install our new laptop. Found Peter to be very efficient and friendly - he even gave us some advice on how to tune in our TV .... will definitely contact him when we decide to replace our computers in future

Nice quiet spot to meet up with friends. Good variety of slices, cakes and scones - also provides a menu for breakfast and lunch. Coffee was delivered promptly, though not steaming hot, we sat sipping our coffee and talking profusely (as girlfriends tend to do) for around 10 - 15 minutes when we realised we had finished our coffee but no food had been delivered .... to the credit of staff we were given free coffee to have with our scones. Am prepared to give them another try to see if this was a 'once only' slip up.

From the moment I walked in the store I felt at ease .... this is a store for real size women. Great mix & match clothing range, quality material and workmanship. I've booked in for a free personal styling session next week. Its been quite a number of years since I could say I wore a small size!!

Great to see a motel which finally provides large fluffy bath towels.....these were actually bath sheets.
Rooms are large and spacious.....did experience a little trouble finding one of the light switches though.
The tea, coffee and biscuits supplied was not over abundant - however breakfast was served on time and was reasonably priced and hot.
Would we stay here again ......yes.

The previous three motels we had driven into were booked out for the night .... so when told this motel had one room vacant due to an influx of miners coming to town for days off we decided we had better take it due to the inclement weather and time of night .... we were advised it was a larger than normal room and therefore a little more expensive ... as we approached the door of the room we had to walk through a multitude of dead leaves, the door mat had seen better days, upon opening the door we were greeted by a strong musty, dusty odour. My husband was in urgent need of the bathroom and upon lifting the lid on the toilet was greeted by two frogs. There were huge stains on the carpet - one they had tried to hide under a mat, the security chain on the door had at some stage been wrenched off and never replaced, the dining chairs had stains and tears, we shared the room with spiders and cobwebs, one power point was broken, the once white terylene curtains were grey and the yard outside the window had not seen a lawn mower for many months - and for this priviledge ? we paid the premium price of $90. Thankfully we had our own pillows and towels with us. We needed to depart before the office was staffed in the morning so were unable to complain until we returned home - when we sent a letter complete with photographic evidence to the Managers/owners. Three months later we await a response!

Upon arrival for breakfast we were greeted by a bright bubbly girl who was also handling the busy drive-thru, who took our order. There was another female staff member making coffees in the McCafe section ..... 4 other staff members were at the back of the kitchen area listening to a delivery person telling jokes .... 3 times the girl at the McCafe section called for someone to assist on the counter .... finally a middle age woman begrudgingly moved forward and began to put some orders together ... we had ordered to eat in, however we were served our food in a paper take-away bag. The hash browns were cold, greasy and tasted as if the oil had been used and used and used yet again. No cutlery was given with our hotcakes .... had to return to counter to ask for it. The tables needed wiping and the floor cleaning. Coffee ordered from McCafe section was the only thing which was hot. We sent a letter advising the Manager about our complaints but never ever received an acknowledgment

Waitress was extremely pleasant and appeared to enjoy her job .... food was exceptional particularly the dessert. We were however disappointed with the poor attitude of a staff member and upon return to our home wrote a letter of feedback to the Club Manager who immediately telephoned us and apologised .... today we received a surprise letter and two gift vouchers by way of apology from the CEO ... brilliant customer relations.

I purchased a voucher on line some months ago and had no problems getting a booking for the day and time I requested. Upon arrival I was offered water, juice or wine - as it was 10am I opted for the water! I had an aromatherapy lavender massage which lasted an hour and I was massaged from the tips of my toes to the top of my head .... the Thai girl who massaged me had gentle but firm hands and I would rate this as one of the best aromatherapy massages that I have had. I chose a honey mask with my facial and was very happy once again with the technique used - during the time I was left alone for the mask to dry I felt completely relaxed and almost dozed off - in fact I did have a Nanna nap when I got home! For the amount of money I paid I was extremely happy and am kicking myself I missed the opportunity of another voucher deal earlier this week. The place does not have the glitz and glamour of some other Gold Coast spa establishments, however I would prefer to pay for quality service than have gold paint, crystal chandeliers etc. The towels on the massage table were clean, soft and fresh. The treatment rooms do lack a little atmosphere and perhaps this could be improved by the use of tealights and soft relaxation music. Unless I experience some reactions to the oils and lotions used in the next day or so I will definitely be returning.
