Was approached by one of the sales person to take photos for my daughter then after the shoot was organised a meeting a week later to look at the photos. They printed assorted photos ranging from different sizes which looked really good. I ended up purchasing a package at a steep price just for digital prints and a canvas. Was hard to resist as the photos were on point. Was promised to receive package 15 working days (3 weeks) after order. Has been over a month now and still waiting. Was hoping to receiving this as soon as possible due a few days before Christmas.
Have called 3 different days and left voice mail with contact details and have also emailed. Still have not been communicated by them... Very disappointing! Will need to take further actions if nothing has been received by the end of the month..
