It's so refreshing to visit a business that delivers professional customer service and quality treatments all at an affordable price. I first visited Transformation to enquire about laser hair removal. I found that the technician who looked after me, Evie who is also the owner, was very thorough when educating me on how the treatment works, possible side effects, pros and cons and what type of results I'm most likely to achieve with my skin and hair type. She answered all of my questions and conducted a free test patch before I booked and committed to a full treatment. Since then I've had 5 treatments to my lower legs and 8 to my upper lip...now I must be I honest I didn't expect to have this result....I barely have any hair left!!!! I'm so happy I don't have to worry about waxing each month!! I highly recommend Transformation ...they have an honest and caring approach and my experience has proved they deliver great results.
