I ordered a Mud cake to feed 100 with specific instructions to leave A4 size on top with no writing for me to add an edible photo image for decoration. The cake had the writing all over it so I could not add the image. When I inquired about it and looked at the order form it was clearly written down there but had a cross through it, staff said sorry but nothing was offered as incentive for me to return ever as a customer to the bakery. The cake was a good size and value for the money but slightly dry tasting.

Brilliant service, food was amazingly tasty and so fresh. Ordered Tapas from the menu, slight language barrier and staff were not sure what Tapas were and said they were not to share. They got an English speaking staff member to help and then we had one of the best Tapa's spreads I'd ever eaten. Ordered two $8 dishes each and were so full.
