Bad experience. I attempted to phone ahead short notice to ask about a room as I was driving cross country and needed accommodation short notice for that night. I explained to the reception that I was going to arrive inbetween 9 and 10 pm and asked first if they'd be open, secondly if there were rooms. I was told yes on both accounts. They took my phone number but I explained as I was driving cross country I'd have no phone signal and again confirmed they'd be open as I will be there late. I arrived 9:10 pm and the doors were locked. I was out on the street and being a female alone this was not good luckily I found another location open. The following day when I gained signal again in another town I was not impressed to find 3 voice messages rudely asking where I was as they wanted to close up. I phoned up to explain it was closed and was rudely told off. Not impressed.

Small cinema, very old and worn but comfortable and looked after. Movie started quite late and the lights stayed on for quite some time. The kiosk has competitive prices with a good variety. The staff are young and starting out but doing fine.

A family owned, friendly and welcoming motel. They offer large rooms with very comfortable beds and clean amenities. No kitchenettes in the rooms due to safety but there is a kettle, toaster and fridge. There is a share kitchen next to the pool with everything you could possibly need to cook a quick meal, BBQ or big family roast. The rooms are comfortable with lots of space, large flat screen TV and a desk, and couch to sit on. Extremely clean and left with air spray, shampoos and body lotions for your convenience. The staff are chatty and welcoming and even offer tomatoes and cucumber from their own garden which was a lovely gesture. Late checkout is not an issue and you are invited back in the future.

Stayed in one of the motel rooms. Competitive prices and easy check in. You do get what you paid for and it consisted of a squeaky bed and sink with brown bore water. The room was clean and the amenities were clean with shared showers, bath tub and toilets. Top of a bar and I expected noise, I did not expect loud noise, talking, banging on doors and walls from 12am - 3 am when the hotel was closed. On check in the service was lovely and efficient but the staff could not rush me out the door any faster in the morning. I had them try to get in my room 9am and I said I was not ready yet. They let them self in while in the shower to strip the bed, I was NOT impressed with this. Then as I was packing my bag, 9:30 am male staff member walked in my room, no call out or knock on the door and no apology when I asked if they were okay they just closed the door. On leaving I made comment that I was leaving and "wow you're all in a rush to kick me out today" response was a smirk and "yep, see ya" I wont return again.

Customer service was family based and the family dog in reception took importance over customer service, I had to wait while they pat it and played with it. Cabins were reasonably priced compared to other parks and spacious however they were old and worn out. Maintenance needed badly and a thorough clean was in need as there were cob webs, food crumbs and oils over the cooking area. The rooms contained everything you'd need to stay for an extended visit. The park was clean, maintained well had child and animal friendly. There was a games room and a great cafe on site with EXCELLENT food.

Excellent accommodation. Spacious rooms, very clean, had everything you could need or want including bath salts for the spa. Very professional staff with local knowledge and welcoming words. Great view if you ask for a room with a view otherwise you will be put in a back room. Highly recommend for comfort and convenience and a special night away.

Reception desk staff were lovely and professional. The rooms were very costly compared to other local rooms that I had stayed at. It had an extra star but was not very good condition, the only extra was it had a washing machine and dryer. Cosmetically it was nice to look at with modern design but it was very rough with silicone being mouldy, paint chipped, walls had scuff marks, the cornesses on the walls were falling off and the doors were damaged. I explained when I booked it was for a weekend of movies and catch up with my partner and it is a big screen, I was told yes but they failed to say that to watch TV in bed you have to sit up in bed as the TV is on a table that is lower than the actual bed. Value for money, a lot nicer at the half price 3 star down the road, for a quick night and business trip comfortable and effective.

For room service was okay prices and okay food but the cafe down the road was much nicer. As a walk in customer there is no menu just to look at without them wanting to know your room number where you want to sit and what your name was. I wanted just to have a look and decide if I wanted to order but it was 20 questions. Then I could not sit three tables from the 7 tables that were set up as it did not suit where they wanted me to sit, I explained I wanted to sit where I had been the last hour as it has a power plug and I am using my computer as they could see previously. It did not suit them and caused rude looks and shrugs and huffs to the stage I decided to walk out.

Comfortable rooms, not quite the same as they look online. A little dull with the lighting, see through curtains and overlooking a car park from the "Terrace" rooms. Maintenance staff outside of sliding door constantly sweeping and dusting leaving no privacy if you have the curtains and door open. Plenty of room and very clean inside and very comfortable beds. Check in reception staff were lovely, checkout staff I found quite rude and abrupt, guess it depends on their day?
