I have had three sessions with Matthew now - a concentrated effort in advance of an upcoming trip - and he is amazing! I have to do the work of course, but I am now swimming without my feet cramping after half a length and that hasn't been possible for 20 years! My move to Yea has been worth it just to find Advanced Myotherapy and get the support I need to keep living life to the full .... thanks! Matthew made body surfing in Lorne last week possible ....
